  1. Originality and Authenticity

  • Each painting is an original work of art created by myself, inspired by personal travels and experiences.
  • A Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with every original painting purchased.

  2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in dollars and include details about dimensions and materials used.
  • Payments are securely processed through PayPal.
  • Full payment must be received before the painting is shipped.

  3. Shipping and Handling

  • Paintings are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
  • Shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic: 3-5 business days.
    • International: 5-14 business days (customs delays may apply).
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  4. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales of original artwork are final. However, if your painting arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at magdajlevin@gmail.com
  • For damaged artwork, include photos of the item and packaging to facilitate the claims process. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

The purchase of a painting does not transfer reproduction rights or copyrights. Magda's Gallery retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce it in prints or other formats.
